Q: Why didn't the piezo igniter work after use? A: First, the pulse igniter does not have a battery. Second, the inductive electrode distance is improper or contaminated. Third, high pressure causes or gas orifice pipe blockage. We will provide you with a satisfactory consequence.

Q: Why use the gas canister vertically (in the right way)? A: Camp stoves use the gas to burn but not liquid. If you place the canister horizontally, the liquefied gas will not have space to turn into gas which can result in incomplete combustion, such as spitting orange flames.
