Does the entire unit itself heat up? Hot to the touch if a child or pet touched the top or sides?

No, just the vent area gets hot, it is cool to the touch on all sides. However, we recommend that you keep your pet or child away from the front of heater or around any heater.

Does the remote allow you to set all functions., that can be set manually?

Yes, the remote is fully functional. However when using the rotational feature the remote will not work if the display control is not facing the remote. Otherwise it works as described.

How long does it take to start filling the warm air?

Our space heater warms immediately. The heater automatically turns on the ECO mode when working. Please make sure the temperature setting on the heater is above the room temperature.

Can you leave this on all night safely?

Yes. The heater has a timer which can be set to operate it for up to 12 hours. It also has tip over protection and overheat protection.

Does this space heater have a temperature adjustment function? How high can the temperature be adjusted?

Yes, it does. In ECO mode, you can set the temperature from 41 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
